With more than 30 years experience in the health, fitness, and sporting industry Arryn has truly established himself as an industry pillar. His path to pursuing a wealth of knowledge has lead him to master a diverse range of fields, with certificates Personal Training, Master Trainer, Exercise for Fat Loss, Scientific Core Conditioning, Scientific Back Training, Rehab Training, Swedish & Remedial Massage Also Manual Handling in the Workplace. Specialising in: Fat loss, Weight gain, Fitness, Core & Functional Training as well as Rehab & Postural Training. As a youngster Arryn excelled in many sports such as Aussie Rules, Rugby League, Basketball and Baseball. After playing high level sports Arryn was introduced to the gym environment where he went on to take up the sport of Bodybuilding winning 4 state titles and placing 1st and twice placing 2nd in 3 national titles. Arryn knows the true meaning of determination, in 2008 Arryn had a head on collision with a state bus whilst riding his motorbike, if not for his strength & fitness Arryn would not be here today, his drive and determination allowed him to get back to his best and with his renewed passion for life he is more than eager to share his experiences and knowledge to all those that care to listen and take charge of there own future. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Fitness and the Corrective Holistic Institute of Exercise Kinesiology in Lifestyle & Nutrition. Jules believes that creating life-long physical change is not only about hard work and a specific mindset, it is also about integration, building a formula that will support you in your lifestyle and getting you as healthy as possible within the framework of your life. A formula that will improve your day to day existence and make your chosen path an easier road to travel. With over 19,000 hours in the health and fitness industry Jules has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience that has taken a decade to accumulate. As a dedicated surfer and ocean/surf photographer he has gained a full appreciation for the hard work and dedication that is often required to stay alive in the ocean and succeed. That dedication to helping others learn, believe and achieve also earned him a nomination for NSW Fitness Professional of the year in 2007.

Mike Lafleur

Mike Lafleur

Mike is a French Canadian who has been working in the fitness industry for more than 10 years. He has diplomas in Kinesiology, in Fitness and also Massage Therapy. Not surprisingly, coming from Canada, Mike played ice hockey at the highest amateur level in the world, in the Major Junior Ice Hockey league. He also had the opportunity to train with some Canadian Olympic boxers. Over the years, Mike helped numerous people in injury management, weight loss, muscle gain and sports conditioning. Mike’s goals are to share his knowledge to assist you in understanding how your body works and to help you develop the consistency necessary to achieve the results you are after. But first and foremost, it’s to have fun while training!

She strives for the best and expects no less from all her clients. She studied at the Fitness Institute of Australia and has over 5 year's industry experience. Melissa has been involved in fitness from an early age, where she participated in various sports at competition level. With experience from her own transformation from being out of shape to elite fitness and health, Melissa has the confidence in providing the right training, nutrition, guidance and support in order for her clients to achieve the best results. With expertise in conditioning, fitness and weight-loss training, Melissa continually challenges her clients, through a variety of innovative and creative programs, all individually tailored for maximum results.

Jose is a registered fitness professional and personal trainer. Jose has been in the industry for over 6 years and comes from a sporting background where he has coached and competed at an elite level both in Soccer and Futsal at representative level. As a personal trainer, Jose’s expertise is helping you achieve your ultimate level of conditioning. He will do it quicker, safer, and more conveniently than you ever thought possible. He motivates, encourages and monitors you with every move. Jose’s background varies from one-on-one personal training, sports specific strength and conditioning, corporate fitness, outdoor group fitness and boot camps. A natural born leader, one of Quentin’s best trademarks is his ability to connect with people on all levels. A highly qualified and experienced personal trainer since 2000, he has trained and helped transform many of his clients into fit, healthy and better informed individuals. Quentin’s expertise is in bodybuilding and sports specific training, along with extensive knowledge in nutrition. His motto is “no goals are unattainable”. Competing in various sports such as athletics, basketball and volleyball while growing up, has allowed Quentin to promote his athleticism and his ability to lead by example in all his training programs. He has an unquestionable zest for life and a tremendous passion for his work, applying his training with a high level of attention to detail. One of his strong beliefs is that strangers are only friends yet to meet, and everyone can offer something of value. His eagerness to meet new people and share experiences, motivates him to make every interaction with his clients a memorable one.
